Why the dragonfly in my logo?
My father, John A. Kerr, Sr., was the president of the Home Builders' Association in Charleston, SC, and he had his SC and NC Broker licenses. He also was an extraordinary home builder in SC and NC. He passed away from Vascular Dementia in 2022, and after he passed, my mother, sister, and I started seeing dragonflies everywhere! So, I decided to incorporate the dragonfly in my logo in honor of my great father! He had not only a brilliant career in this industry but was a youth minister that had the biggest servant heart to everyone he met! It is my goal to run my firm with his values at the core of every transaction!
